So thought I would do a quick blog post on the kiddos...I realized sometimes it's so hard to capture a picture of all of them together. So here is a picture of my most recent try...they were playing so well together with the little barn/farm set that I had gotten out ( I try to rotate toys so when I get them out again they are so excited to have something "new" to play with!) Anyways, so of course they wouldn't all look at me at the same time! I tried really I did! It's pointless to even try...and I really want to go get a family picture done...I don't know why I would even want to go to the hassle of getting them all dressed and cute and then have them not want to look at the camera...but I really need a new one so I think I may try! We'll see if it happens! :) By the way don't you love the excitement on Josiah's face! :)
Ok, I don't know what it is about the dishwasher but EVERYTIME I open the dishwasher here comes little Cami (Hemi is her name from Micah- it's pretty cute when he says it!) squealing in delight because she LOVES to "help"! And of course trying to keep her off it is a chore in itself too while I'm trying to load it! She's so funny like that! The other day she was in her highchair and eating a snack while I was starting to load it and she saw me open it and started freaking out and doing her low growl (which is hilarious sounding!)...so I got her out and sure enough she crawled very quickly over to it...grabbed a spoon and started gnawing on it! Notice again all the drool!

I can so relate about the dishwasher thing! Not to compare you cute daughter to my hyperactive puppy, but Macie does the exact same thing every time she hears me open the dishwasher! Sometimes she is outside playing and she hears me open it and comes running. She loves licking the dirty dishes (I hope Cami does not share this infatuation). The problem is stopping her from licking the clean loads of dishes. She doesn't know whether they are clean or not, and she always gives me this confused look when I swat her nose from licking the clean spoons, when I let her lick the dirty ones normally.
It's her only taste of people food, and she capitalizes on that every time!

Your kids are so cute. If you ever want to try an family shot I am always willing to bring my camera to church and we can go out to the field to get a shot with all the kids and Dan. I hope Josiah's leg is feeling a little better!
I hear you about the dishwasher too! Lily is obsessed with it and I'm always trying to load/unload the dishes when she's either sleeping or in her high chair! She loves pulling it all out-dirty even- and playing with it!But Cami is a cutie!
I think that all kids must go through that, from the looks of the other posts. Word of warning though, we have a friend who's little guy sat on the door and busted it right off. Granted he was a BIG baby. It was actually kind of funny until they had to figure out how to fix it.
Cami is so darn adorable! I love that she makes a low growl sound - is that when she is excited or wants something? VERY cute pictures...and the drool just adds to the cute factor! :)
