August 18th, 2004 Josiah John was born to Dan and myself...
after 16 hours of labor; he entered the world via c-section. Weighing in at 7 lbs 2 oz...
he was the new center of our attention!
And now he's 6 years old!!!
Which also means Dan and I are also getting older! :)
Take a walk down memory lane with us and look at how much our lil man has grown!
Dear Josiah: Your 6...
2 months...he's so full of smiles! Always was able to make us smile too!
2 years old- so lovable...2 and 3 years old were kind of tough years...go through the "terribles" but we made it through and so did you 'Siah! :)
4 years - You are such a wonderful big brother to Micah and Cambria...always wanting to help them with whatever...although you guys know how to fight like siblings too!
5 years old and went to Kindergarten...weird...I didn't think I would see the day to walk you into elementary school...it felt so far away...but I did and you grew up even more while at school! Your teachers loved you and you made friends very easily!
You loved the water...
Loved your little sister...
Kindergarten...you were so excited for you trip on the school bus to the pumpkin patch, and talked about it a lot!
Spring came and you were our little soccer star! Even on the sidelines, but then you were our little gymnist! :)
We are your biggest fans Josiah!
At almost 6, i look back and know how fast the years have gone...
And now that you are 6 you are losing your teeth...well your first one anyways!
STarting 1 st grade in a couple days (YIKES!).
And you will continue to amaze us as you grow up into a boy!
We love you soo much Josiah John!!

Fun to look back at the pictures when he was younger. Time does fly! I was thinking yesterday I can't believe he is going in first grade already! Crazy!
Oh man, he's SO old!!! I still love that we pretended he was our baby for a while. So crazy to think he starts 1st grade tomorrow! And how fun that I've gotten to watch him grow up :)

I love the newborn picture. He has such a little josiah face even then! so precious.
Puts a little lump in my throat to see how fast time goes and our oldest grandson is now 6 and going to first grade.
