Little trip...with just my boys- big and littlech

Way back a few months ago Dan and I thought it would be fun to take the boys to a Red Sox/Mariners Game so we got some tickets and then stayed in a town outside of Seattle for a couple nights and went to the game as well as a little exploring! We left Cami at our friend's the William's which of course she was very well taken care of! We missed her, but had a blast with the boys!

We headed out on Wed morning after we dropped the lil lady off and headed up to the Snoqualmie National Forest to get a couple caches and did a hike...it was a BEAUTIFUL day and did an almost 5 mile hike! The boys did great! Of course we started out the hike with seeing a snake...but I didn't scream, just did a funky lil dance! The boys then of course kept giving me a hard time telling me there were snakes! YIKES! I'm such a wimp!

Man, oh man, this would be a great family Christmas picture if Cami would have been with us! Isn't the scenery beautiful!

At the top!

Me oh my...:)

After the hike we headed to see Snoqualmie Falls...we headed over this lil bridge where the boys had to make a funny face...

Here is a picture of the boys finding the cache that is famous or something, I don't really understand all the lingo etc...but the boys sure do enjoy it!

My boys...so handsome!

An old logging area...And the cat is not ours, just wanted to be a part of the picture I guess.

Gorgeous and powerful!

The boys

Thursday we woke up to a very gloomy, overcast, cold morning! But we headed to Seattle in high spirits, not about to let the clouds get us down! We went to Kerry Park to a veiwpoint...we went back later in the day when it was clearer outside!

Love this pic of the boys!

Couldn't pass up going to Pike's Market...and of course spending an arm and a leg for parking...

Went to the gum wall...and of course put gum on the wall...gross...I totally felt the need to sanitize and shower after!

Micah

Went to an arcade/carousel area on the pier, which the boys had fun at! i can't ride the carousel anymore, makes me sick!

Family picture in front of the "germwall!"

Back at Kerry Park to kill some time before the game...Micah thankfully took a nice long nap in the car while I waited with him with my book in hand...and Siah and Dan went and played at a park below!

Very fun lil park with a climbing wall

Waiting a couple hours before the game to try to get some autographs...never happened unfortunately! But we still had fun!

David Ortiz, smiling at us...ok, not really...but he is happy about something I guess, probably seeing all the Red Sox fans, there were probably more Red Sox fans than Mariner Fans!!

Proud to be Red Sox Fans...ok but really i am a Mariner's fan at heart!

Us with the Mariner's Moose

Thankfully they have a great lil playground that the kids could play on during the game! Funny how right before we went down there the boys were saying their legs were tired...then we get down there and were so full of energy! Haha!

Had to get us some cotton candy!
Micah man

Lovin' the blue Siah

Micah lookin' good...and sticky might I add!
Thankfully the Red Sox won! :)

Friday morning we ended our trip with a stop at the Geocaching headquarters for Groundspeak in downtown Seattle! They were super friendly and let the boys choose a cache from the big chest. The boys were in heaven...all 3 of them! :)

They had a fun photo booth that we got to do!

Family pic...
Then we headed home to get lil Cami which of course she was so happy to see us, I think! :) Thanks William's for watching her!

Looked like you were all enjoying yourselves....geocaching, hiking, game and Seattle.
Dad will need to do some trick photography and insert Cami into one of those family photos!
