Playtime

So today was a busy day...well every day is a busy day, but I got into my organizing mood today! My poor kids and hubby they probably get sick of me always organizing! I think I'm addicted...but I think it's a good thing to be addicted too..ok enough already...so I decided to organize the boys' room. I wanted to move their train table that they got for Christmas in their room since it's right in front of the sliding door and since the weather is getting nicer we will be going out in the back yard and will be needing the door. So I cleaned it all out with help from the boys and moved it into their room...I measured things and moved their dresser..but it wouldn't fit well where I wanted it and didn't look right...I decided to move their bunk beds...which I did, all by myself! :) I did take the mattress off the bottom bunk to make it a lil lighter! After wards I was exhausted, thank goodness I was able to take a nap this afternoon while the kids were all sleeping. So we got it all organized and everything! It looks pretty good! And you can still walk into the bedroom! Josiah said to me, "Mom my room is a mess." He is good at noticing when things are a mess! Just the other day their room was a mess again, because it seems to me that boys just throw things and don't really play with them, especially right after I set them up for them...but anyways, I had cleaned their room and Josiah said to me, " Good job Mom, you did GREAT!" So cute! Then they wanted to get out the boy dolls that Gma Steiner had gotten them for Christmas and they rocked them, hit them on the head to burp them (thank goodness that's not how they treat their lil sister! :) ), and fed them and of course I had to rock them too! They also sang "Twinkle, Twinkle' to them. So sweet! Then we had cuddle time with lil Cambria after she woke up and was sooo happy they laid on the floor with her and kissed her! WE have finished our afternoon with making yummy cookies, Dan said they were the best he's had so far, and I said it's because of the boys' dirty hands and spit that helped make them! I'm kidding of course...because we all washed our hands and I don't let them spit in them! :) Just in case you were worried and would never want to eat my cookies again! :) So now I'm off to finish dinner and spend the evening not doing much since we're all at home tonight and have nothing going on! WHew! .. What a day!

Anna,
I used to move furniture all the time...I kept hoping somehow there would be more room! I can relate and you are amazing to move all that yourself! Josiah told me in Visalia, "Grandma, this car is a mess!" I think there was something on the floor! I love to see the boys rocking their babies. They'll be great daddies like their daddy. Thanks again for the photos!
Love,
Gma Steiner
