We've been busy...with SUMMMERTIME!!

The beginning of our summer, wasn't summer at all, thanks to the rain and clouds!

But that didn't stop the kiddos from getting ready for summer by washing their bikes so they would be ready for riding!!

The last day of school; Josiah with his teacher Mrs. Reiger! Unfortunately she is one of the teacher's that won't be back next year! :( She was a wonderful teacher!!

At Riverfront park they had a "Public Works' day with City of Salem, free Bbq and lots of stuff for kids and adults! So my sis and her kids and myself with mine plus one extra hit it up and had a good afternoon killing some time!

Then a few weeks ago I got the opportunity to go horseback riding thanks to some friend's at our church! I was super nervous...I'm kinda scared of horses...but I loved it so much I actually want to go back and take lessons one of these days! :)

We celebrated June birthdays!!

Micah wanted a pirates party for his first friend's party! He only wanted boys at his party, so unfortunately we didn't invite any of his lil friends' that are girls! Even Cami wasn't at the party!

A couple weeks ago my Dad was super sweet and bought us girls tickets to attend Mary Poppins on Broadway! PRetty amazing, as we haven't been to one before! WE had a great time!!

Last Saturday we got a family day on the calendar and headed to the beach; but our first stop was to go hiking at Drift Creek Falls! The kids were amazing and had a blast!!

The long suspension bridge we walked across...got me a lil jittery in the stomach when I looked down...I'm a wuss!

Then after hiking we hit the beach up...it was GORGEOUS!!! The kids played and played and played!! Then had Mo's for dinner and a lil shopping and geocaching after that! What a day!!!
