On Friday night we got the kiddos in their costumes and headed out for a night of fun! Well, we hoped anyways, the boys didn't take a very good nap that day so they were sort of grumpy! Oh well. The boys were R2-D2 and Cambria was a Navy cheerleader. We headed to our church for the Harvest Party; it was fun to see a lot of our friends' kids dressed up too. The kids played games and ate some yummy treats. Micah fell a couple times (imagine that) and ripped part of his costume...by the time we got to the snack area they wantd their costumes off! And we still hadn't gone to Grandpa and Grandma's house.
Here's Josiah so excited (haha!) that he got his face painted like a pirate...2 seconds later he rubbed it off...you will notice a purple face in some of the pics!
My friend Erin's daughter's were dressed up like cheerleaders too...so we had to get a picture with them! Aren't they cute lil girls! :)
Siah playing one of the games! Micah didnt' really want to participate in any of the games...I'm not sure he was feeling very well that evening.
Cambria in her cuteness!
Daddy and the boys walking in to the Harvest Party...don't they all look so excited! :)
After the church's harvest party we went to get Starbuck's and then to my parents to visit them. My sister, DAvid and Hannah stopped by too...and then a while later their friends Stacy, Tim and their daughter Ashlynn stopped by too to see the kids' costumes and say hi.
Here is Ashlynn (sp?) in her cute skunk costume! I think she was in awe of all the kids there at my parents!
All the kiddos...of course they aren't all looking at the camera...notice Hannah's fingers...we were telling them to say "Star Wars" so they would smile and look at the camera...well that is how she pretends to do the light sabers! Too cute!
The boys and Hannah- when Hannah got there we were able to get the kids back into their costumes for about a minute and that was it! Oh well..it was fun while it lasted!
Cambria and my dad - her little cheerleader outfit was too cute...I just wish her hair was long enough to put a ponytail or something! Maybe next year! Thanks Dan's mom for the cute Navy outfit! :)
It was a fun night and glad it only comes around once a year! Maybe it'll be more fun when they actually can stay up later and won't be so grumpy! :)

LOVE the R2D2 costumes! And what a sweet little cheerleader.
Yes, Hannah does that at home with her fingers too, and then "hands" the light saber to me to do. :)
As far as Cami's hair, you could have gotten extensions...haha. :) Don't worry it will grow. She's got more than most 10 mo olds.
Hey Anna!! It's so fun to see your blog and what you guys are up to these days! We have a blog now, so check it out: raleighandkatiewillard.blogspot.com. Hopefully we can keep in touch a little better this way. :)
I love seeing the real live happenings! The pictures are great! I think the process is always more fun than the actual "doing"! The r2's turned out great. Love the helmets! Of course, Cami's the cutest Navy cheerleader of all!
So, I'm too lazy to leave a comment on all of your posts-but I love reading them! Such great costumes for your kiddos-too bad we never saw each other there! Maybe one day our kids can trick or treat together :) That'd be fun!
Ok so there halloween costumes were so cute! Jason loved the R2-D2 ones the best :) Hope that you all are doing well! Plus we need to get together soon!
