This past week

I love this time of year!! Even with all the hustle and bustle...although I will admit I could do without all the traffic! We hosted Thanksgiving at our home this year there were about 11 of us here, missed the family who could not be with us! But we still had a lovely time and delish food of course! My sister and I braved the stores on Thursday and Friday...and pulled an all-nighter, which I will not do again. Or so I say I won't! We had a fun time though! Then of course had to get our tree on Saturday and the kids had a blast decorating and enjoying the Christmas festivities of decorating the house! Just the expressions on their faces say it all...but to hear them singing along to the music and dancing around and squealing with glee, there just is nothing like it!! A week has gone by now since we got our tree and decorated and now of course Civil War is today...last night we got "Ducked" by some Duck fans from our church...Josiah loved it and thought they decorated the yard for him...but really it was to rub it in Dan's face that the Ducks will most likely win! I really don't care either way! Here are a few pics of the last week!

The Duck creation that was in our yard...I apologize for it being sideways! :)

Aren't they cute?? I am going to leave them up today even though we are Beav fans (except Siah) because it is so fun!! :)

The beginning of the decor I put up on the front porch...we hadn't added lights and garland on the house yet.

The Tree!

Oh what fun!!! merry Christmas and blessings! :)

How fun...even if it was a joke! Much classier than t.p.!

How fun.....getting "ducked" and finding a Christmas tree. Oh the excitement of Christmas and oh to be like a kid again. :-)
