Happy New Year 2009!!!!!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR-2009!  I can't believe it, this last year FLEW by!   But what a fun time we have had with our little family and making some new memories that will last a lifetime!  We are blessed!  

Here are a few pictures from our New Years Eve Party we had with some friends!  It was a little crazy at our house...there were 7 kids...there would have been 9 but Kelsie left the twins with her Aunt!  We had the Acker's, Piper's and Kelsie and Ryder...and of course us!  I wish I would have taken a picture of our house of what it looked like after the kids played!  It looked like a tornado hit...but we had a lot of fun and the kids did pretty well for staying up as late as they did!  

Micah and Lily- the kids watched Walle after a while, they needed a little down time...Lily settled herself next to Micah on his pillow...at one point he had his arm around her.  AFter a bit he didn't really want to share his pillow anymore!  Poor Lily!  She was a trooper being pretty much the only little girl there besides Cambria!  

All the ladies...we had a fun time playing some Dutch Blitz and Apples to Apples...the guys also played a couple games.  It's so relaxing playing referee to the kids while playing games! Haha!

And of course the evening wouldn't be complete with out each kid crying at least once!  And one big shiner on an eye...the lucky winner for the black eye was Tucker!  Thanks to Micah's head...they were running around the house, Micah was going the opposite way and ran right into Tuck!  Ouch!  It looks a lot worse in person!  Notice also the the Boston's hat...his dad is a BIG Yankee's fan!  

Cambria went to bed at 10 ish I think, and unfortunately the Acker's left around 10:30 p.m...the rest of us watched the ball drop together, killing time beforehand playing Wii and chatting.  It was a great time and the kids went to sleep pretty fast after that, I think they were asleep by 1 a.m. and didn't wake up till 9 a.m.!  Nice!  Wish that would happen everyday!
